Система сушки: сушилка шпона принимает самый научный принцип сушки, а горячий воздух в печи с горячим воздухом вводится непосредственно в верхний и нижний сильфоны машины, используя   центробежный вентилятор. Горячий воздух дует на верхнюю и нижнюю стороны ходового шпона через сопла верхнего и нижнего сильфона

, так что шпон нагревается равномерно и, таким образом, играет роль сушки. 2. Система контроля. Внедрение бесконечной коробки передач для регулировки скорости подачи в соответствии с толщиной шпона и содержанием влаги для достижения идеального эффекта сушки. 3. Система трансмиссии:   Шпон подается в машину через впускное отверстие по вертикали, а цепь приводит в движение верхний и нижний ряды роликов. Шпон перемещается вперед с помощью собственного веса верхнего валка, а во время шпона проходит через два ролика и верхние и нижние воздушные сопла, он достигает эффекта сушки и глажения.
